3. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The services provided by Trycas.ai are provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. While we strive for maximum efficiency, we do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs or automated workflows will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trycas.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your reliance on our AI agents or automated process optimizations.
